For Tax Reasons
An animation "studio" run by Ben Levin and Matt Bunett. Their videos usually center around a pair of gamer/nerds/geeks whatever term you want, who seem to be generally hated by everyone. A couple of music videos and spoof political ads are also thrown into the mix.
The premise may sound like standard fare for webcomics, but these guys really know how to make smart jokes for smart people.

Seriously, what's in the box?
Valve has said this doesn't have anything to do with Half-Life, although those are pretty close to Combine soldiers...
Oh, and there's music from Lost in the beginning.

Ludo - Broken Bride EP
If you haven't heard of Ludo yet, what's wrong with you? Seriously now, they're a "power pop" band from St. Louis who made an EP about death, time travel, and zombies. It's essentially a rock opera about a man who's wife has died, so he creates a time machine to try and go back to stop it from happening. Along the way he gets stuck in prehistoric times and parties with dinos.
It's an incredibly fun listen as every song leads into the next and the catchy lyrics will definitely keep your attention.
Click here for a legit review.
And here for their myspace.
Enjoy. :P

-COMIC-CON/AQUABATS
-Rafting in Moab, Utah

-Aquabats in Utah
-Reel Big Fish at Jillian's
-MC Chris at Jillian's
-Skamaniacs semi-functional

-Foxy Shazam concert!
-Being a ginormous ghost on Halloween
-Bonfire on Halloween
-"Rave" in Brice's garage before Halloween
-THE DARK MOTHER FREAKIN' KNIGHT
-Aquabats at the HoB, missed Rancid :(
EDIT:Saw Blue Man Group as well.

The Title of this Shindig.
About a day or two week ago I decided I wanted a place to post about all the different awesome things that I come across. Be it music/movies/t.v. shows/comics/etc. I figured that a coherent little log of this stuff would be a nifty thing to have.
Now, "Red Cape Diver" is a song by the band Foxy Shazam. It's about a bullfighter saying goodbye to his family before he leaves for work that day. When I chose the title I didn't quite know what the song was about, all I knew is that it's an awesome song.
Well I guess that's the start of this magical dreamland adventure. (d'aww)
Check out Foxy Shazam!
